I just checked our DVD of "Miss Congeniality", the last film WB relased in 2000, and the 2001 variant (with AOL Time Warner byline) was at the beginning and end of the film. I know that "Valentine", released in February 2001, had the AOL byline, but the first WB film in 2001, "The Pledge", I'm unsure about whether it has the 1999 or 2001 bylines. Does anyone know if maybe "Miss Congeniality" was actually the first film with the AOL byline, or if they plastered the 1999 version with the AOL byline for the DVD (I know that some films immediately had their logo replaced when they went to video, "Shakespeare in Love" for example)?

What's Up Doc (the 1972 film) DID NOT use the Kinney Shield. Instead, it uses a variant of the early 1972 logo!

Does anyone has a photo of the 2000-2001 Warner Bros. Pictures closing logo that is simply reading "WARNER BROS." instead of "WARNER BROS. PICTURES". So far, this can be seen on Get Carter (2000). If you do, could anyone capture it?

Depending on the film's distributed company, the logo the parts of the WB shield form may vary. One example is the well-known New Line Cinema "Filmstrips" logo. I'm not sure if other companies (Castle Rock Entertainment, Village Roadshow Pictures) did this too.

I saw the 1972 logo on "The Exorcist" on demand last night (as well as the closing version), but it was just the regular \\' logo; it says here that the original version of the film had it over a black background. Does anyone have a video/picture of that version, and is it someone similar to the "Superman: The Movie" variant?

I found this rare logo at the beginning of Scooby-Doo: Arabian Nights on Boomerang yesterday. It's a building and this sun goes across the sky, and the building is like a sundial. You can't see the sun but the shadows imply it. I'm not sure if they used it for anything else.

Nicknames: "The WB Shield/Distribution Transformation", "The Shield Breaks Up", "The Morphing Shield", "How the Shield Changed"
Logo: We travel through the clouds to see the Warner Bros shield from the last logo. The byline appears as always, and the shield then breaks up into pieces (leaving the blue part of the shield and the byline). We pan from a day sky to a cloudy night sky. The gold pieces turn into the parts of a distributed logo (New Line Cinema, to be known) while all the letters of the company name in the new font, appears flipping in. The logo shines and the TimeWarner byline fades-in below. FX/SFX: The WB shield breaking up and forming another logo. Amazing CGI with a great day into night transition. Music/Sounds: Silence or the opening theme of the movie. Availability: Brand new. Has been seen on Hall Pass and The Rite and is expected to be on future productions. Scare Factor: Low. The gold logo on a night sky is a little ominous.

During the Credits of ABC family runnings of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (which is a 2005 film) the superimposed WB shield is shown (even though it's a plaster since the film originally had the normal distribution logo), which proves that they still use that logo for "sped up" movie credits. Two other recent films I've seen it on are "Scooby-Doo" (2002) (when it is shown on CN), and Cats & Dogs(2001) (again, when it is shown on CN)

So I heard of a studio called Burger & Fries Productions, since I can't edit Dream Logos right now I'll just put it here
(2011?- present) Nickname: "The Hissing Cat" "MEOW!" Logo: We see the MTM ribbon where the MGM statement "Ars Gratius Artis" (is that right?) is replaced with "MAH BOI" and then a recording of a hissing cat fades in and fades out. FX/SFX: The Fading, The Hissing Cat. Music/Sounds: A Crazy Unknown Sound Variant: In The Link & King Show, an episode named "Bizzaro" has a variant when the logo is about to finish Bizzaro Zelda comes in and says, "SHUT UP!" Avaibillaty: Common. Scare Factor: Minimal to Medium, you are probably expecting a lion or Mimsie The Cat.
