When watching one episode of Curious George one day, a variant of the program's WGBH logo came on. Instead of being blue, it was green! Is that a rare variant or just a mistake?

Anyways, a while back I ran into some videos pertaining to a story that someone made up for an alternate reality game (when I originally found the videos I thought that the story was real.) The story was someone had made a broadcast signal intrusion, sort of like the one that "Captain Midnight" did : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Midnight_(HBO) . Then people found the video and went crazy, apparently, the background noise was this logos music reversed and slowed down twice. This logo really scares me now.

2nd Logo (1978-)
Nicknames: "Flash of Doom", "Circle Outline"
Logo 1: On a black background, two orange lines of "electricity" form two orange 2D "shadows", one on top and one on bottom. Then the lines form an orange outline of "WGBH" in the center of the screen. The lines stop, and an orange flash starts behind the outline. The flash clears out "WGBH" as "Boston Presents" appears in an orange Arial font. The "Boston Presents" logo was a bumper used at the beginning of the show.
Logo 2: Similar to the other logo but usually with the "WGBH" logo already formed as an orange flash starts behind the outline and "B O S T O N" appears under it in an orange Art Deco font. This started in 1993 playing at the end of shows
