Logo: We start with a white flash on a black background. The USA Network flag, with the words "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" all in 3D in a italic font flies from the right side of the screen, then it shines.
FX: The flying and the zooming.
Cheesy Factor: The USA logo that was showed on TV until 2004, do other cable stations have a home video logo?
Music/Sounds: A laser zap, followed by a fantasy-oriented synthesizer fanfare when the flag flies in with a whoosh.
Availability: Seen on releases of films such as Three Seasons, Cookies Fortune, among others.
Scare Factor: Medium to High, the flash and the synth music might scare some.
