1991 logo with 1987 theme?

What series used the 1987 theme on the 1991 logo? Normally, I hear the end title theme on the logo.

That's impossible! They used the 1987 logo then CPT.

Tristar TV logo on Mad About You

In June or July 2008, I was watching Mad About You on Nick at Nite, and I saw the TriStar TV logo followed by the SPT logo. I am assuming it is also on TV Land broadcasts. I am looking.

By the way, don't believe me? I've got video evidence.
