Background: The Curiosity Company is Simpsons creator Matt Groening's independent production company, where he produced the TV series Futurama and the 1999 TV special Olive the Other Reindeer.

Logo: Against a black BG, we see the silvery words "THE CURIOSITY COMPANY" arranged in three lines underneath a square. Above it is a heavily distorted image of wavy lines or waves washing ashore, which varies depending on the episode. The "O" in "CURIOSITY" has a dot in it.
Variant: On early episodes and Futurama the Movie: Bender's Big Score, the words "in association with" are shown below the logo.
FX: The waves.
Music/Sounds: Either a heavily distorted "tick-tock" sound or a heavily distorted sound of waves washing ashore, depending on the episode. On early episodes, it's silent.
Availability: Seen on all episodes of Futurama, which currently air on Comedy Central.
Scare Factor: Minimal; it might surprise you the first time you see it, but it's harmless.
