Logo: On a light blue shaded background, we see the eyes as before, merging into the same eye as before. The word "TELE-ACTION", with an eye instead of "O", flips upward at the bottom of the screen.

FX: The eyes merging.

Music/Sounds: The outro of a show's closing theme.

Availability: The YTV re-runs of Fries with That have this logo intact, which is suceeded by the YTV logo.
