Logo: As superimposed on "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet", we see a light "V" (roman numeral for five). On the V is the text "STAGE FIVE PRODUCTIONS" and under the text in small type is "HOLLYWOOD".
FX: None, it's sup-er-im-posed.
Music: The "Ozzie and Harriet" theme.
Availability: Seen on Ozzie and Harriet. It was not seen on season 1 of the show...believe me.
Scare Factor: Low unless you're scared of the roman numerals.
