Seven Arts Pictures

Background: Seven Arts was a now-defunct joint venture of New Line Cinema and Carolco Pictures. All of Seven Arts' library is now with New Line.

1st Logo
(1990-1992)
Seven Arts

Nickname: "7A"

Logo: On a black background, we see many stars forming the logo. The logo is a box with a stylized "7A" inside a box, and "SEVEN" is shown above the box, and "ARTS" under the box. Then we see the byline, "THROUGH NEW LINE CINEMA" (with its print logo) on the bottom right of the screen.

FX: The stars forming the name.

Music/Sounds: Starts out with some tinkles when the stars form the logo, then a synth theme.

Availability: Rare; appears on Repossessed.

Scare Factor: Low.

2nd Logo
(1992-????)(1992-1995)

Seven Arts (1992)

Nickname: "Cloudy 7A"

Logo: TBA

FX:
The clouds moving (real action), and the cube rotating, the laser zaps, the cube exploding, and the logo forming (CGI).

Music/Sounds:
A synthetized orchestra tune, playing brass first, and when the logo explodes, plays the full orchestra.

Availability:
Rare; seen on Light Sleeper and Aces: Iron Eagle III.

Scare Factor: None; it has a clean, professional look.
