"SELMUR" and "PRODUCTIONS" appear inside the "S". The entire text is in the same font as the "S".
Variants:
FX/SFX: Some shows it's superimposed. On other shows, such as General Hospital, it's the credits scrolling.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show.
Availability: It was seen on Combat!, so it's an easy find on AmericanLife Television Network. It was also seen on Shindig! and 1963-1967 episodes of General Hospital.
