Background: The Samuel Goldwyn Company opened a home entertainment division in 1982 to distribute all SGC releases on video cassette. But in 1997 it merged to MGM, folding this operation definitively.

Logo: Same as the Samuel Goldwyn "Signature" logo, except "SAMUEL GOLDWYN HOME ENTERTAINMENT" flies up from the bottom of the screen. Sometimes, the ''SAMUEL GOLDWYN HOME ENTERTAINMENT'' text may fly in from the top of the screen, or it may fade in.
Variants:
There is a B&W variant for classic Goldwyn movies.
Sometimes, the word "PRESENTS" faded in under the logo.
FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: Same as the movie logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Can be seen on home video releases such as the original HBO Video release of Rock-a-Doodle. Some Samuel Goldwyn DVD releases used the MGM DVD logo instead of this logo.
