Background: A Canadian-based company started by filmmaker Lloyd A. Simandl. When Lloyd was filming Chained Heat II, he relocated the company from Canada to his native Czech Republic in order to save money, and he has been making movies there ever since.

Nicknames: "The New and Improved Torch Man", "The OTHER Torch Lady Ripoff", " The Collision of Paramount and Columbia II"

Logo: A pack of stars fly into the screen, moving to the center, where the man figure standing on a big bell appears. The statue rotates, and the stars place themselves around.

FX/SFX: The flash, the logo zooming out, the stars appearing.

Cheesy Factor: The animation is a bit rough, and the whole thing looks like a rip-off of the Columbia Pictures and Paramount Pictures logos combined.

Music/Sounds: The opening of the film's theme.

Availability: Can be seen on Act of War (1998) and CrackerJack 3 (2000), among others..

Scare Factor: Low.
