What if Nelvana and YTV merged in 2009?

Michael Hirsh would play $43.9 million for all issued and outstanding equity in Nelvana and YTV, being merged into Nelvana-YTV.

The closing of Nelvana and YTV may keep the logos.

Nelvana-YTV would keep the Nelvana and YTV logos and at the end, after the Nelvana, YTV or Treehouse TV logos, a Nelvana-YTV logo may pop up on shows Nelvana, YTV or Treehouse TV produced or distributed.

Nelvana and YTV sound............. dazed. I can't take this any longer. I Want the Nelvana-YTV logo to be shown on Babar.

What if Nelvana was absorbed into YTV in 2008?

YTV would pay approximately $31.5 million for all issued and outstanding equity in Nelvana, being folded into YTV.

The closing of Nelvana, The YTV logos may plaster onto the Nelvana logos.

YTV would replace the Nelvana logo and would be shown on shows such as Franklin, Little Bear, Babar and other shows that Nelvana produced.

Nelvana is....well...sounds dazed. I can't take this any longer. I want the YTV logo to be shown on Franklin.

If Nelvana absorbs YTV, all of the Nelvana logos would plaster all of the YTV logos. The 2004 logo would be seen on new episodes of Viva Pinata. Sounds intresting, isn't it?
