Background: After the dissolution of Mattel Interactive, the titular toy company simply began using their normal name (and later on, the name of their board game brand) on licensed games instead.

Logo: Same as the still version of the Mattel logo.

FX/SFX: Same as the still version of the Mattel logo.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Was used after Mattel Interactive shut down, for Mattel-licensed games. It's uncommon and was spotted on Matchbox Rescue Rigs.

2nd Logo
(2004-2007)

Logo: On a white background, we see an open square. The bottom brick consists of the color yellow, the right brick being gold-yellow, the left brick being blue, and the tilted top brick being part of a clapperboard. An empty Mattel logo bounces on-screen and into the square. It freezes. The text "MATTEL" pops into the empty Mattel logo, causing the logo to shake 1 time. Then, the text "GAMES" forms on the bottom brick, causing the square to close, and the logo to shake another time. The logo turns 2D, causing the clapperboard part of the square to become a green brick, and a trademark notice to appear below the Mattel logo.

Variant: On the PAX game show Balderdash, the logo was still, "GAMES" was part of the green brick, and "PUZZLE" was part of the purple brick.

FX/SFX: TBA

Music/Sounds
: TBA

Availability: Seen on some DVD board games from the company, like High School Musical DVD Board Game.

3rd Logo
(2007)

Logo: On a starfield, a fire spark swirls the rounds, then creates a box outline and blows. The Mattel logo appears in the box, and its borders fade in four different colors. "GAMES" compresses on the lower bar.<img align="right" alt="Mattel Games (2007)" height="155" src="http://image.wikifoundry.com/image/1/bHhZbXaDGG_3KcY5G7mU6Q8953/GW206H155" title="Mattel Games (2007)" width="206"/>

FX/SFX: The whole logo forms.

Music/Sounds: A deep flute and string tune.

Availability: Was used on Barbie as the Island Princess for NDS and Hot Wheels: Beat That! for the PC.
