Background: This company was the international television arm of MTM Enterprises formed in 1992, the same year MTM Television Distribution was formed. In 1998, MTM was sold to News Corp. and it was folded into 20th Century Fox International Television.

Nickname: "Mimsie the Kitten"
Logo: Just a picture of the ribboned circle with Mimsie inside, with "MTM" below. Below "MTM" is the word "INTERNATIONAL", spaced out to fit the width of "MTM", with an orange line seperating the words.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: No music, but sometimes the ending theme finishes over it.
Availability: Appears on international prints of several MTM shows from the early 1990's.
