Logo: On a transparent light-gray background, three interlocking circles fade in, then a white rectangle with a black border, as well as three red dots on the rings, fade in (forming an atom), and finally, the text "MSD VIDEO", colored red, fades in, with "MSD" on top, and "VIDEO" below.

FX/Cheesy Factor: The parts of the logo fading in.

Music/Sounds: A triumphant synthesizer fanfare.

Availability: On some UK PAL VHS's of Cannon releases from Guild Home Video.

Scare Factor: Medium to high, due to the music and the logo's appearance.
