UPDATE:
"Lumberjack Rabbit"(1954) for this, the only 3D LT/MM short,WB used a very special op sequence where their trademark shield overshoot its mark before zooming back to the regular position -i,e to where it was supposed to be-,in similar fashion to the ultra-rare (lets' make that latter-day,will you?) "ugly shield" id |

Hi,
There is a small error I noticed in regards to the closing themes used on the 1937-42 Looney Tunes shorts: you mention that the 1937-38 ending theme music was used until 1941, but that's not true. For 1938 both the opening and closing themes were modified. The closing theme was modified first, as this particular mix first appeared at the end of "Porky's Spring Planting," released on July 16, 1938. The opening theme was modified next, its first appearance being on the cartoon "Porky the Gob" released December 17, 1938. However this version erroneously was used on the opening sequence to "Porky and Daffy" (release: August 6, 1938) when it was colorized. Also, three cartoons from the 1937-38 season had a different mix of the "Merry-Go-Round" opening theme song; these were "Porky's Double Trouble," "Porky's Hero Agency" and "Porky's Poppa." ~Ben Edge (ClosingLogoLover)
