Variant: No "developed by" is seen on Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis.

This appears to be an internal division of Le Caillou or just the brand name, so it needs more information.

Logo: We see a hand-drawn words eul Caillasse on the white background, and Studio below them to the right. Left to the word STUDIO there is a (also hand-drawn) box with a stone inside.

Trivia: The name shown means Stony Road.
Availability: It appears on Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis (for Nintendo DS) besides the Le Caillou logo.
