Logo: Against a dull brown marble background, we see "KAET" in a giant gold typewriter font. Below that is "PHOENIX", in a much smaller font, but the same type, and above that is "A special presentation from", in the same font, even smaller, and italicized.
FX/SFX: None; it's a still logo.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Possibly extinct on TV. Some old Arizona Collection series tapes from KAET may have it.

Logo: Against a maroon BG with several gold "waves", a maroon rectangle with the PBS logo and "ei8ht" written on it in gold, turns into place. "A special presentation from" is written above.
FX/SFX: The waves and the logo turning.
Music/Sounds: A rather tense piano/string sounder.
Availability: Currently in use; seen on Arizona Stories, which can be seen on both KAET and KUAT in Tucson, Arizona. DVDs of said show may also carry the logo.
Scare Factor: Minimal.
