Background
: Jackhole Industries was created by Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla to produce The Man Show. The name came from a swear word Carolla made up to say on the radio without the FCC objecting to it.

1st logo
(June 15, 1999-August 4, 2002)
Jackhole Industries (1999)

Logo: On a white background, we see a donkey wearing a sombrero inside the O. The donkey brays and the logo zooms out to reveal the words "JACKHOLE INDUSTRIES".

Variant: On Crank Yankers, the logo is superimposed on a billboard.

FX/SFX: The donkey braying, the zooming out.

Music/Sounds: The donkey braying.

Availability: Seen on the first two seasons of The Man Show. The variant was seen on the first season of Crank Yankers.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd logo
(July 1, 2001-May 11, 2003)
Jackhole Industires (1999)
Logo: On a desert background with hills far behind, a sun in the top left side of the screen, and two cactuses on the bottom left and right side of the screen respectively, we see a crude looking donkey wearing a sombrero. The words "JACKHOLE INDUSTRIES" are in dark green. The donkey jumps on the letters, and lands on the "O" in "JACKHOLE" causing it to fly and land on it's neck. He then says "Yokozuna!".

FX/SFX: The donkey jumping, and the O flying. This is all in really crude animation.

Music/Sounds: A part of the Mexican Hat Dance plays, and then the donkey saying his dialog.

Availability: It was seen on The Man Show (seasons 3 and 4), the second season of Crank Yankers, and Gerhard Reinke's Wanderlust.

Editor's Note: None.

3rd logo
(January 26, 2003-)

Nickname: "The Donkey"
Jackhole Industires (2003)
Logo: On a blue background we see the text

JACKHOLE
INDUSTRIES

along with the donkey from the last logo. The donkey is burnt in the rear with a branding iron, causing it to jump into the "O" in JACKHOLE (which is big enough to fit around his neck). When he lands, he loudly brays.

FX/SFX: All of the rather choppy (but better than before) animation.

Music/Sounds
: A sound of the branding iron when the donkey is burnt. Then, a short horn tune, followed by the donkey's bray.

Availability
: Can be seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC and Crank Yankers on MTV2. A version with no sound besides the donkey bray appears on The Andy Milonakis Show on MTV2.
