Logo: On a black background, a gold colored "J&M" in a Macy's-esque font, arranged like this...
...fades in. Below, "Entertainment Presents" also fades in, and a blue flash occurs behind "J&M", then dies down, and "J&M" later shines as the logo fades out.
Variant: There is a version where the background is blue, and the logo is silver.
FX: The logo fading in and shining.
Music/Sounds: A very majestic mystical synthesizer tune
Availability: Rare, being seen on earlier prints of What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993).
Scare Factor: Low for the music and odd font.
