2nd Logo
(1998-2009)

Logo: On a dark blue background, a turquoise-colored filmstrip with a yellow border moves upside down to the left of the screen. Then, it slows down as in 3 central frames we see a bulb, a hand and a gear. The yellow word "imagine" appears in a flash to the right, and green "engine" zooms in, shaking the logo, so the words overlap the letter "e".

Variants:

  • There's a later version with a dark green background. When the words appear, the logo shines with a sharp sound. At the bottom is a byline for Foundation 6 Entertainment.
  • The DS version has a white area around the logo and the F9E byline in corporate font.
  • There's also a still version.

FX/SFX: The filmstrip moving, the text appearing.

Music/Sounds: A film projector running, followed by a dark whirr, a sparkling sound, a clang, and a kid laughing (a stock sound effect nicknamed the "Diddy laugh").

Availability: Common. Seen on many kid-oriented and educational games for PC, like Pokemon: Masters Arena, Nicktoons Basketball, Rugrats Go Wild and The Fairly OddParents in Shadow Showdoom.

Editor's Note: This is a favorite of many due to its longevity and numerous appearances on childrens' CD-ROM games.
