Logo: Same as the ITC Entertainment Group logo, except that "Home Video" is wiped in under "ITC" at the end.

FX: Same as the ITC Entertainment Group logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the ITC Entertainment Group logo, except a different "THUD" sound.

Availability: Seen on a VHS of The Last Unicorn (1982).

Scare Factor: Same as the ITC Entertainment Group logo.
