Background: This television distribution arm of Republic Pictures was established in 1951 to distribute all Republic library on TV and produce TV shows filmed in the same style as the Republic serials, being sold all its library to NTA in 1959. It also produced several television shows alongside with Studio City Television. Ironically would later return to Republic Pictures' ownership in 1985 when NTA bought the company name and logo and by forming Republic Pictures Television in 1986. The company was later bought by Spelling Entertainment in 1995. Currently the movie library is owned by Viacom and the TV library is owned by CBS Corporation, both under National Amusements, Inc.

Logo: On a sky background with clouds, we have the planet Earth and in the middle has a television screen with the name:

in the center that would later zoom-in. Behind the globe has a receiver tower almost like the one from the RKO logo.

Music/Sounds: A 1950s fanfare that is actually a redux of Republic's 1939 fanfare. In other cases, the opening theme of the movie.

Logo: It's the same logo as the Studio City Television Productions logo, but Inside it has:

in the center that would later zoom-in. Under it is the byline "A DIVISION OF REPUBLIC PICTURES CORPORATION".
FX/SFX: The name zooming-in.
Music/Sounds: A fanfare like an stereotipical asian-oriented jingle. In other cases, the opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Extinct. Was seen on some early syndicated episodes of The Ford Television Theatre (A show produced by Screen Gems/Sony Pictures Television).
