Background: This was a sub-division of the Learning Corporation of America.

Logo: On a black background, we see the small Learning Corporation of America L logo in a light blue color above the words "Highgate Picutes" which are stacked on top of each other. When it appears as an in-credit closing logo, the L is in white, and a byline appears below saying "A DIVISION OF LEARNING CORPORATION OF AMERICA".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None. As a closing logo, the closing theme was used.
Availability: Extremely rare; check old educational tapes for this logo.
