Logo descriptions by Codyfinke2

1st Logo
(1991-2000)

Nickname: "90's HiT Globe"

Logo: On a gray shady background, we see the word "HiT" in blue. "ENTERTAINMENT" is written downwards next to the T. The globe on the "i" resembles the dot of the "i", which spins throughout. Under that reads "DISTRIBUTED WORLDWIDE BY HIT ENTERTAINMENT PLC". There is a spotlight from the top left of the screen, causing the HiT name's reflection.

FX: The globe itself spinning

Cheesy Factor: The spinning of the globe is very choppy.

Music: None. In other cases, the outro of the show's closing theme.

Availability: Can be seen generally on "Barney & Friends" from the 1992-2000 seasons. Also, it's available too on "Kipper" and Goodtimes VHS releases "The Wind in the Willows" and "The Willows in Winter".

Scare Factor: None.

2nd Logo
(2000-2007)

Nicknames: "2000's HiT Globe"

Logo: On a blue background, we see the HiT logo (as seen in the previous logo) but without the globe spinning. A glow of light surrounds the globe.

FX: The glow surrounding the globe.

Music: The outro of the show's closing theme.

Availability: Seen on HiT shows from the period including "Barney & Friends" from the 2000-2007 seasons, "Bob the Builder" and "Thomas the Tank Engine". Most HiT shows aired on PBS follow it by the Connecticut Public Television logo.

Scare Factor: None.

3rd Logo
(2007-)

Nickname: "Blocks"

Logo: On a white background, we see three CGI blocks. The blocks jump around throughout, thenstacked to reveal the HiT name. On each block, "H" is white on red, "i" is blue on yellow, and "T" is white on blue. The two blocks (left and right) walk away. As it leaves only one block, the block still moves, then once the block becomes still, "HiT entertainment" fades in below.

Variations: There is a more common variation with "HiT entertainment" already seen below the blocks, which are jumping.

FX: All the animation in the logo. Also it's a still logo without music on DVDs distributed by HiT Entertainment.

Music:
The outro of the show's closing theme.

Availability: Currently in use, specially on "Barney & Friends" from the actual season. As with the 2nd logo,.most shows aired on PBS follow it by the Connecticut Public Television logo.

Scare Factor: None, it's a cute logo, but annoying for people who are fans of the older logos.
