Hi-Tech Video - CLG Wiki
Logo: On a black background, we see "Hi-Tech" in a stylized, multicolored font consisting of the colors blue, yellow, pink, red, and purple zoom in to the center of the screen, leaving a shadow trail in the process. The "Hi-Tech" turns red, and "VIDEO" in a different font but using the same colors zooms out from the bottom of the screen, leaving a shadow trail as well. The "VIDEO" turns yellow, and a blue laurel wreath is "drawn" around the words. Once it's drawn, the wreath "flashes" at the screen using the trail effect.

FX: The zooming, the trail, the "drawing".

Cheesy Factor: The effects contradict the name of the video label; the whole logo is really gaudy and cheap-looking. But, then again, most Greek home video logos are like that, aren't they? ;-)

Music/Sounds: A bombastic orchestral fanfare with horns and screeching flutes, which is part of "Gayane Suite" by Soviet-Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian.

Availability: Check Greek SECAM tapes from the 1980s for this logo. (Of course, since sometime in the '90s, Greece uses PAL)

Scare Factor: High to nightmare; the flashing, gaudiness, and that god-awful fanfare will scare many people.
