Logo: Over a black background, we see the HBO logo, with "ENTERPRISES" below it, with lines above and below it. "DISTRIBUTED BY" is above the logo. The logo 
"shines", then disappears in a "turning off" fashion.
FX/SFX: the shine and "switch-off".
Cheesy Factor: The logo looks like it was made in iMovie.
Music/Sounds: The choir from the HBO Original Programming logo (albeit louder and more ethereal) featuring a bell sound, followed by a "zap" sound.
Availability: Common; seen on reruns of Sex and the City, The Sopranos, The Wire, Six Feet Under, and Taxicab Confessions, among others.
Scare Factor: Medium; the loudness can catch a daydreaming viewer off guard.
