Near the palm tree is a cartoon version of Gary Scott Thompson, who is perched on the tree and writing a script on a clipboard, and ingrained in the sand is "GARY SCOTT THOMPS N", with "PRODUCTIONS" below it. A coconut falls out of the tree and hits Gary's head before falling down and replacing the missing second "O" in "THOMPS N". Gary puts his foot down and looks behind him, then resumes writing on the clipboard.
Variant: On Taxi Brooklyn, the logo is in a small box in the middle of the screen.
FX/SFX: The water moving, Gary's animation.
Music/Sounds: Wind and seagull cries and Gary going "Ow!". NBC airings used the chimes or an announcer spiel.
Availability: Seen on Las Vegas, 2008's Knight Rider, and Taxi Brooklyn.
