Written by Shadeed A. Kelly
Logo Pictures by Eric S.
(1945-1951)
Nicknames: "The Constellation", "The Big Dipper", "The Shield", "Fincine Shield"
Logo: On a space background with twinkling stars, we see 7 medium-sized stars that form the Big Dipper constellation. The 7 stars glow one by one and we later see a curvedcurved, filmstrip-like ribbon with a shield in the middle with the word "Fincine" on the ribbon in script font fading in. After all the stars have finished glowing inside the shield, we see the word "presenta" in another script font fading in below.
FX: The shining (pretty cheesy, actually) and the fading.
Music/Sounds: Some eerie space music with a piano portion and an orchestral theme.
Availability: If you find an old (for instance) Vestron Video International PAL tape from Italy, it might have this logo on it. Might turn up on TCM or AMC from time to time, too.
Scare Factor: High, bordering on nightmare; the eerie music mixed with the dark background could cause some major scares and chills.
