Background: The Disney Channel was founded in 1983, with a mascot named the Mickey GPS Satellite made by Mike Jitlov, creating bumpers for Disney Channel. After, It was a computer generated object with everything black rather than hollow inside. It was later removed and replaced by Regular Mickey.

Logo: Very complicated, but here I go. A black Mickey satellite (with circle ears, head and half circle eyes and a sphere nose) flies in space, spins it ears, looks toward earth, releases a green laser on a lawn, Mike Jitlov appears with the satellite in his hands, we zoom up to the eyes which 2 astronauts with green suits are inside, and one raises his left hand, and they go back in space, and a laser from earth goes into the Mickey satellite, and blows up. Phew, that was complicated!

Music/Sounds: Some bumpy notes, then a no voice-over weird techno track of Little April Shower from Bambi plays with laser sounds, satellite sounds, and a blow up sound.
