1st (known) logo

Cruz Delgado 1

(1972-1978)

Logo: On an animated space background with stars moving in and out and some multicoloured nebulas we see the words "cruz delgado" in some kind of weird, yellow font with a very 60s feel. Undernearth of them, on the right, a white, handwritten font reads "presenta".

FX/SFX: The stars moving, traditional cel animation.

Cheesy factor: The fonts used for all the words featured in the logo are really ugly and a pain to read: for instance, the "c" looks like a "d", and overall it seems to read "drub delgladó". Morover, it's hard to tell if the word in the bottom is "presenta" in Spanish or "presents" in English.

Music/Sounds: None, it's a silent logo.

Availability: Scarce; this logo (obviously, restored) is used on the very few DVD prints of films by Cruz Delgado.

Scare Factor
: None.

2nd logo

Cruz Delgado 2

(1978-1988?)

Logo: On a still space background, colored in two shades of purple, we see the words "cruz delgado" in the same font as before, though slightly remade to look fancier. This time, the word "presenta" is in the middle of the screen with a fancier font than the 1st logo as well.

FX/SFX: None, it's a still logo.

Cheesy factor: Same as logo 1.

Music/Sounds: None or the opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Extinct; apparently can only be seen on some trailers.

Scare Factor: None.
