Nickname: "cmp"

Logo: On a starry background, we see the following logo shine in:

cmp
COSGROVE MEURER
PRODUCTIONS
The "cmp" is in a cursive font. Sometimes, the phrase "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" will shine in below as well.

Variants:
  • On the Disney Channel Original Movie Buffalo Dreams, the logo is stretched vertically.
  • A short version can be seen on Eerie, Indiana.
  • On season 8 and 9 of Unsolved Mysteries, a copyright stamp reading “© (YEAR) - COSGROVE / MEURER PRODUCTIONS All Rights Reserved.” appears below.

FX/SFX: The stars moving down the screen, and the logo shining in.

Music/Sounds: A whoosh followed by a dark-sounding note. Most of the time, the end theme of the show is used..

Availability: Seen on many television shows, including the popular series Unsolved Mysteries, including the original run and the Spike revival, and possibly the Netflix revival as well. The music version can be heard on the Lifetime run of the show.

Editor's Note: This logo has held up surprisingly well over its 30 year lifespan.
