Availability: Appeared on the long-running hospital drama ER, before the Amblin TV and Warner Bros. TV logos. This logo also appeared on the movies Disclosure (1994), Twister (1996), and Sphere (1998). It's also intact on ER Complete Seasons DVDs.
Scare Factor: Low; the lowercase rectangle "c" flashing in could startle some viewers, otherwise harmless.
