Nickname: "CiP"
Logo: On a black background, we see a C, connected to an i next to it, which is sticking down, and a reversed C appears next to the i which resembles a P. It's all in gold, and in 3-D. They're reminiscent of the Columbia Pictures Television "Pretzel" logo and the 1st and 2nd Connecticut Public Television logos.
Variant: On Halloween, there is text above the logo:
Everything is 2-D and in a yellow-orange color.
FX: None; it's a still logo.
Music/Sounds: The beginning of a movie's theme.
Availability: Can be seen on Compass International releases such as Halloween (1978) and The Day Time Ended (1980).
