Logo: On a gray (or sometimes blue) background, we see "CSID" being drawn, with the "ID" connected. Then "CINEMA SHARES INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION" appears under it.

Music: A drum tune with piano at the background.
Availability: Extremely rare; seen on very old US prints of Godzilla films. Also can be seen on "The Pumaman." Also, when the crew of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" riffed said film, the print they used retained the logo.
