Background: Central Partnership is a producer and distributor of high-quality film and television products, and is the largest independent company in the Russian film industry. Founded in 1996 as a TV series distributor, Central Partnership soon branched out into cinema distribution (since 2000) and is now one of the top Russian distributors, working with such studios as Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Lions Gate Entertainment, Summit Entertainment, Studio Canal +, Gaumont, Pathe and UGC. Central Partnership also distributes Russian films, many of which are produced by the company itself.
