Press Your Luck, we see the text:
A

Between "Carruthers" and "Company" is a rounded rectangle.
FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: None, it's superimposed, except for that choppy "wipe" effect from the CBS Television City mentioning to the logo.
Music/Sounds: The ending theme of
Press Your Luck with Rod Roddy saying, "This is Rod Roddy speaking for 'Press Your Luck,' A Carruthers Company Presentation!".
Availability: For now, extinct from television. Was seen on episodes of
Press Your Luck on GSN, which ceased airing them in March 2009.
Scare Factor: None.
