Logo: On a space background, we see a sun and the planet earth, with a star shooting around earth. The shooting star then reveals "CAMP", in an ugly font, then the word "VIDEO" and under that, "YOUR TICKET TO THE FUTURE!" appear under it.
FX: Everything!
Music/Sounds: A creepy, ominous sound effect tune.
Availability: This appeared on a lot of awful SOV B-movies, most notably Video Violence and Woodchipper Massacre.
Scare Factor: Medium to high; the music and animations are so downright creepy.
