Background: Also known as CBS Television Film Sales and CBS Enterprises, Inc., this was the production/distribution arm of the CBS Television Network for CBS off-network programs from 1953 to 1971, being later reincorporated as Viacom Enterprises. Today, all the CBS Films library is currently held by CBS Corporation, thru CBS Television Distribution. Re-established in 2007, plans to produce four to six movies a year spanning all genres, with production budgets up to $50 million per film.CBS Films unveiled their moving logo today, the first animated branding art produced for the new studio. The logo will make its official in-theater debut early next year on the studio's first release, Extraordinary Measures, which opens on January 22, 2010.
