Nicknames: "The CBS Video Logo", "The Eye Globe", "CBS Globe"
Logo: It's mainly an extended variant of the later CBS Broadcast International logo, except "Enterprises" fades in below instead of "Broadcast International".
FX/SFX: Same as the later CBS Broadcast International logo, but extended.
Music/Sounds: The same extended theme from the current CBS Home Entertainment logo.
Availability: Extinct.
Scare Factor: Same as its international and home entertainment counterparts.
