1st Logo
(1995- )

Bristol Bay Productions

Nicknames: "Northern Lights", "The Silhouette of the Wolf"

Logo: We zoom through the trees into a silhouette scenery (except the lake) with the northern lights with the wolf standing on the rock. A computer generated lake is seen with the reflection in the scenery. As the camera stops zooming, the wolf turns his head right, the northern lights turn into a tornado-shaped Milky Way and then the words "BRISTOL BAY PRODUCTIONS" appear. Eventually from 1995 to 2004, the words "HOME VIDEO" appears under the studio's name.

Variants:

  • In Sahara, there was a coin flipping in the logo.
  • As of April 2008, The Bristol Bay Television logo is born with the same as the 1995 logo.

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: The silhouette scenery, the wolf, and great looking computer animation.

Music/Sounds: Silent in the films (except Sahara). The home video logo has a fantasy-oriented synthesizer fanfare.

Availability: Seen on releases from Bristol Bay. The first releases were on video until 2004 when they changed "HOME VIDEO" to "PRODUCTIONS" to release their first film, Ray.

Scare Factor: Minimum to low.
