Bohbot Entertainment/Kids NetworkThis is a featured page

Logo description by mr3urious and Mariofan88

Background: The Bohbot Kids Network, formerly known as Amazin' Adventures, was a syndicated animation block starting from 1989. It was created and distributed by Bohbot Entertainment, an animation production company founded by Allen J. Bohbot, and based in Germany. Most of the animated television series featured on BKN were created and or produced by Bohbot, but also featured third party programming from DiC Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television (in the case of Extreme Ghostbusters and the second and third seasons of the Jumanji animated series). FOX, UPN, and WB Affiliates aired this animated block from 1995 to 2000 (it also aired nationally for a brief time on Syfy.). The BKN name is now used as the company's corporate name (BKN International AG), with its programming available for broadcast to various networks around the world.

Bohbot Entertainment - CLG Wiki

Logo: Against a teal/black gradient BG with a series of dark blue bars and dots moving past, a white rectangle with a silver frame turns into place, which has the words "Bohbot Entertainment, Inc." written on it in dark blue. The words shine one-by-one, and the byline "A Bohbot Communications Company" fades in below.

FX/SFX: The bars, dots turning, and shining.

Music/Sounds: A high-pitched techno tune.

Availability: Extinct. Was seen on Ring Riders.

FX/SFX: "Bohbot" turning into place and bouncing.

Music/Sounds: A light synth tune with a "slam" sound, or the end theme of the show.

Scare Factor: None.

3rd Logo
(1992-1995)
Bohbot Entertainment - CLG Wiki

Nicknames: "The Bohbot Marquee", "Bohbot Entertainment Presents..."

Logo: We zoom out from a white movie marquee with a purple outline and large "chaser" lights around it, which is settled against a blue BG. Written on it is "Bohbot Entertainment" with "PRESENTS..." below.

FX/SFX: The zoom-out and chaser lights.

Music/Sounds: A calm five-note synth-horn fanfare. In 1994, a different horn fanfare was used, which sounds more "heroic".

Availability: Near extinction; It can be seen on Mighty Max, but it hardly airs on TV anymore. Survives on DVD releases of Inspector Gadget, and of course, the first two Sonic shows.

Scare Factor: Minimal. The zooming might get some, but it's a favored logo among many.

4th Logo
(1994-1999)

in a bulgy, fat orange and yellow font fly in from different sides of the screen. They meet in the center and take a bow.

Scare Factor: None.

Bohbot Entertainment - CLG Wiki

Logo: Above the planet Earth with a small moon in the top right corner is an elliptical space station with "
BKN" on it in the same font as before, and outlined in yellow, blue, and red, respectively. Little lights flash inside the letters. After a few seconds, the station explodes.

FX/SFX: The lights in the station, and the explosion.

Music/Sounds: An electronic tune that grows more dramatic, followed by an orchestral hit when the space station explodes. Later redone in later years.

Availability: Common; was seen on Skysurfer Strike Force, the Mega Man cartoon series, Sonic Underground, and other shows. It was also seen when Fox aired Monster Rancher in 2000.

Scare Factor: Low to medium; the explosion may catch a few off-guard.
