Background: This was the vanity card of Harve Bennett and Harris Katleman, independent producers known for Salvage I, the 1978 syndicated version of Quiz Kids (done from WNAC in Boston [now WHDH]), and a few other shows.
1st Logo
(January 20-May 28, 1979)
Logo: Superimposed into the credits, a clear "H" (for "Harve" and "Harris," the first names of the producers) appears in the middle of the screen, with "A BENNETT/KATLEMAN PRODUCTION" on top, and "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" below, both in yellow and in the corporate font of Wells Fargo Bank (which font is this?). Two yellow connecting pieces swing out door-style from the uprights of the "H," making a "BK" design of those uprights and the yellow connecting pieces (in other words, one upright belongs to the "B" of "Bennett," and the other one to the "K" of "Katleman").
FX/SFX: The yellow connecting pieces swinging out from the clear "H" to make the "BK" design, as depicted above.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on the TV pilot movie Salvage and earlier episodes of Salvage I. Also appears on the 1979 mini-series From Here to Eternity.

2nd Logo
(November 4-18, 1979)
Logo: Superimposed into the background, it's simply in-credit text reading "A BENNETT/KATTLEMAN PRODUCTION IN ASSOCIATION WITH" in a yellow military-style font.
Variant: On the last few episodes of Salvage I, the in-credit text has both their first and last names listed.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st logo.
Availability: Appears on later episodes of Salvage I.
