Background: Belisarius Productions is the production company for the creator Donald Bellisario.

Nicknames: "Sand Lightstorm", "BELISARIVS-BELISARIUS"
Logo: We see a wretched stone with sand on it, which blows off to reveal "BELISARIVS". Then, a flash suddenly appears, causing the background to turn black, the name to turn into "BELISARIUS" and the name in silver, shining, and the word "PRODUCTIONS" to appear under "BELISARIUS". "BELISARIUS" is in a silver Times New Roman font.
Variant: On "JAG", the words "In Association With" appears under the logo.
FX: The name being revealed, the flash causing the background and the name to change, and the word "PRODUCTIONS" to appear, the "BELISARIUS" name "shining".

Cheesy Factor: The "BELISARIVS-BELISARIUS" CGI effect is awfully dated, and the music doesn't age well with time either.

Availability: Seen on all shows produced by this producer company from 1983 to present, included "Airwolf", as well as "Quantum Leap", and new episodes of "NCIS" on CBS. It also appeared on "JAG", which is no longer seen on TV.
