Background: Avid Home Entertainment was a division of Live Entertainment to release budget-priced video prints of movies from the Live, Vestron, and Carolco libraries in the SP/EP/SLP mode.

Availability: Pretty common, actually; just look for the logo on the packaging of the tape.
