Nickname: "Peephole of Doom"

Logo: On a wooden door background, we see a purple peephole with a purple door. Below is the following logo in purple text:

The "11" is screwed onto the wooden door like the peephole is. Suddenly, the peephole door creaks open and the eye of a blue-eyed person is seen, and it blinks twice.

FX/SFX: The peephole door opening, the eye blinking twice.

Variant: On top of the home page of http://www.apartment11.tv/, there is a variant of this logo that is still except the eye rotates when your mouse along the page.

Music/Sounds: We hear a creak when the peephole door opens. Two descending notes play, one for each time the eye blinks.

Availability: Seen on a few Canadian television programmes, such as Prank Patrol. This logo can also be seen on Apartment 11's website, http://www.apartment11.tv/.

Scare Factor: Minimal; the sudden appearance of the eye may startle a few.
