American National Enterprises
1st Logo
(1976-1984)
Nickname: "The Eagle"
Logo: We see a live-action eagle flying over the screen. The words "AMERICAN NATIONAL ENTERPRISES Presents" appears over the scene, then disappears as the eagle stops flying.
FX: Nice live-action animation!
Music/Sounds: A majestic fanfare with a few eagle screeches near the beginning.
Availability: Rare.
Scare Factor: None.
2nd Logo
(1984-1986)
Nickname: "Majestic Shining Eagle", "Golden Eagle"
Logo: We see a bright flash. A neon outline of an eagle flies, turns over, and freezes. The bird is colored white and flashes. The bird shines and turns to gold, then a line of text in a font akin to a mixture of ZapfHumnst BT and Times New Roman that says
FX: The CGI and lighting effects, which look really good for '84.
Music/Sounds: A very majestic horn fanfare with a synth note at the end.
Availability: Very rare. Seen on "Locke The Superpower" after the Celebrity's Just For Kids logo and on ANE's last films until they went bankrupt in 1986.
Scare Factor: Low, because of the flashes, but this is a very cool logo.
