2nd Logo (September 21, 1991- )
Nicknames: "The E.T. Logo II", "Switch-Off"
Logo: We see a close-up of the moon, which zooms backward until it is on the left side of the screen. Right before the moon stops in its place, a silhouette of a young boy on a bicycle (Elliot from E.T. the Extra Terrestrial) slowly flies in front of the moon from the left side of the moon's border, stopping in the middle. Then it quickly flashes and the moon is surrounded by a TV screen with blue static. While that happens, the rest of the logo (which is just like Amblin Entertainment, only "TELEVISION" replaces "ENTERTAINMENT") fades in next to the TV screen. The TV screen then switches/turns off, and the rest of the logo fades away, leaving only a blank rounded rectangle.
Variant: There is a variation with the logo already formed; the switch off is intact.
FX/SFX: The switch off. In otheroff, cases,or none.

A special still variation was created for Fudge, and is currently seen on ER. VHS and DVD releases of said shows keep this logo intact.
Scare Factor: Depending on the logo variant:
Low to medium; the switch off may cause a few scares.
