Logo: On a black background, we see a stylized "A" consisting of a blue upside down "V" and a white TV-tube shape. "Active Home Video" in an italicized blue font is at the right of the "A". The TV-tube flashes, the logo shines, and then a blue glow emerges from the logo.

FX: The flashing, shining, and glowing.

Cheesy Factor: The logo doesn't have much effort put into it at all.

Music: A synth tune that continues to play after the logo fades to black. Goes well with this logo.

Availability: Rare. Seen on many B-movies on VHS.

Scare Factor: Low.
