Background: In 1988 TV presenters of "Vzglyad" program (see VID) founded the USSR's first private TV company called Ассоциация Авторского телевидения (Association of Authors' Television) or just Authors' TeleVision. It started creating reports for "Vzglyad" TV program. In 1990 started broadcastring own TV program called "Press-Club". Now company is presenting "People Want to Know" discussion program, before it used to present "Vremechko" and "Night Flight".

Nicknames: "The Blue Horisont", "A-A-A T-T V-V-V", "Aio-aio-aio at-at, Daio-Daio-Diao Aio-aio-aio at-at, A-TV!"
Logo: We see violet-blue sky and checked blue flat with moving pattern. 3d letters ATV appear from the right, go to the center and move towards us slightly and stop, shining with pink light. The flat's pattern continues moving.
FX/SFX: 3d letters moving, pattern on blue flat.
Cheesy Factor: The background looks like 2D and doesn't match 3D letters.
Music/Sounds: 80's style composer-made music wroten by Sergei Chekryzhov and sung by Alexey Kortnev.
Availability: Extinct, possible to find only recorded on VHS in 90s. Was possible to see before Vremechko and Press-Club in 90s.
Scare Factor: Low.

(2005- )

Logo: On the black background a white flash appears, it captures the screen and when it disappears, we se the folded metallic letter A with laser strings. 3 seconds later, the flash appears again and changes background to the letter T in the same style. When camera moves through laser strings, their light is seen. The flash changes background to the letter V, shine of stripes is seen again. When camera is moving through the last stripe light, the background changes to rocky with large yellow flash on the center. Large mountain-styled ATV logo appears from this flash. We can see some videos of ATV programs throughout the logo.
Variant: Before "Vremechko" there was a logo where blue stripes appear on the top and the bottom of the logo when V is appearing and the "Vremechko" red sphere emerges from ATV logo.
FX/SFX: The blue flash appearing, the camera moving, the ATV logo appearing, the "video lights" playing and moving.
Cheesy Factor: TBA
Music: Rearranged 1st logo music, now not only Kortnev sings throughout accords.
Availibility: Ultra rare.
Scare Factor: Low to Medum, that sudden appearence of the logo may catch you off guard, TBA for "Vremechko" logo.

Help me estimate the most objective scare factor of the 1st and the 2nd logos. Say scare factor of them at your point, and I'll put the average.
